Positions we're hiring for include:

Structural Steel Detailer / Draftsperson
Reviewing and interpreting available documents from clients and developing workshop and fabrication AutoCAD drawings to adequately describe project details (including the creation of bills of material) according to the demands and the schedule of available projects. The candidate must be able to double-check his/her own work and ensure the quality and completeness of the drawing information provided to shop personnel, as well as handle a number of projects at the same time. Measuring and confirming project details on-site would also be required on occasion.

Fitter / Welder
Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of HANDS ON experience in the layout, fitting and welding of structural steel, pipe, plate and sheet metal. Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and work effectively with minimal supervision. Working knowledge of all tools and equipment i.e. overhead cranes, saws, iron workers, shears, breaks and welding equipment.

Lead Hand
Hands on position, supervision of 8-12 fitter welders, responsible from raw material to finished product. Assist with quality control, scheduling and working with management to meet customer needs. Working knowledge of all tools and equipment i.e. overhead cranes, saws, iron workers, shears, breaks and welding equipment.

Millwright / Field Installer
Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of HANDS ON field experience in the layout, fitting and field welding of structural steel, pipe, plate and sheet metal. Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and work effectively with minimal supervision.
